My bodybuilding program involves using exercise and diet to enhance muscular definition and size. Weight training is used with resistance to isolate and work specific muscle groups. Achieving a symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing physique with well-defined muscle groups and a low body fat percentage is the ultimate goal. Competitions judge physique and muscle size, shape, and definition. Hard work, discipline, and patience are required to achieve desired results.

I will advise on resistance, cardiovascular activity, and flexibility training and adapt the plan as needed to get the desired outcomes. I also offer nutrition guidance, motivation, and support to my clients in order to help you reach your fitness goals.
ONLINE COACHING
My online coaching takes place remotely via virtual communication methods such as video conferencing, messaging, and phone conversations. I will assess your fitness level, set goals, and design a customised fitness or nutrition plan. I will advise you on how to enhance your physical health and attain your goals. Clients who use online coaching will receive regular support and feedback from me, as well as access to online tools such as exercise videos and dietary guidelines to help you reach your goals. Online coaching is a popular option for people who like the ease and flexibility of remote instruction, as well as those who prefer to work at their own pace.
CORE TRAINING
